How delivery works

Every product on the Site is a digital file (or a ZIP bundle containing multiple files). There is no physical shipment.

  1. You complete checkout on this site (Stripe Embedded Checkout, no redirect).
  2. Within ~15 seconds the order is confirmed and an email is sent to the address you entered.
  3. The email contains a single-purchaser download link. Tap it to download the file bundle.
  4. If the email does not arrive in 5 minutes, check spam, then contact [email protected] with your order ID.

Download link mechanics

  • Each link is bound to your order via an HMAC-signed token — only you can use it.
  • Links expire 14 days after issue. We can re-issue on request.
  • Links may be redeemed up to 5 times, so you can re-download if your initial download is interrupted.
  • We log each redemption (timestamp + hashed IP) for fraud prevention.

File formats and sizes

Each product page lists the exact file format(s), resolution, and bundle size. If you have a compatibility question before purchase, please email us — we’re happy to confirm the file will work on your device.

License terms

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the tier indicated on the product page. Default for this site: Personal use.

Personal license

You may use the digital file within your own household for personal devotion and reflection. You may not redistribute the digital file, sell printed copies, sublicense it, or include it in a product you offer commercially.

Commercial license

Available on selected products at a higher price tier. Allows printing and distribution within a paid product (e.g. a gift bag at a paid retreat). Still does not permit standalone redistribution of the digital file itself.

Extended license

Available on request. Allows broader commercial use, including limited sublicensing inside a closed product. Contact [email protected] for terms.

What you cannot do (with any tier)

  • Resell, repackage, or upload the file to another marketplace.
  • Claim authorship or attribute the work to yourself.
  • Use the file in NFTs, blockchain mints, or similar tokenised assets.
  • Train machine-learning models on the file as a dataset.

Replacement & re-download

If you lose the file or your link expires, contact us with your order ID and we will issue a fresh download link free of charge for as long as your account remains in good standing.
